New Brunswick Pembroke Table

- A lovely New Brunswick Pembroke Table in mahogany with pine as a secondary wood. The top features very high quality mahogany atop a single drawer with false front to the other side, both of which feature turned handles. The legs feature a handsome reeded leg with ebonized turnings typical of New Brunswick tables of this period. Circa 1830. Very good overall condition. - This table bears great resemblance to plates 186, 187, and 188 in English Canadian Furniture of the Georgian Period by Donald Blake Webster, McGraw-Hill Ryerson Ltx., 1979. Two of these tables have been attributed to Nesbitt. - Measurements: 32.5" in length, 21"/39" in width, and 27.5" in height.
